How to get there
The City Pension Storch is located in the heart of Cologne, close to the Mediapark and the famous Cinedom.
Due to its central location, you can reach Cologne’s beautiful cathedral, the Philharmonie, interesting museums, the main railway station, the old town with its original Cologne breweries and shopping streets in 5 minutes.
The hotel can be reached quickly via the many access roads from the motorway ring road and the underground is only a few minutes’ walk away. The trade fair grounds are only a few minutes away by train.
By car
Via the A1/A3 motorway:
From Dortmund:
A1 to AK-Köln Nord
A 57 to Köln-Zentrum
left onto Erftstr
left onto Hansaring
direction Ebertplatz. Shortly before Ebertplatz turn right into Lübeck Straße. Take the next right into Gereonswall and then the next street on the left is Stavenhof.
From the A3 towards Köln-Zentrum:
Zoobrücke exit Zentrum/Zoo
sharp right
at the traffic lights turn left onto Riehlerstr
then turn right onto Hansaring
after Ebertplatz make a U-turn at Hansaring and just before Ebertplatz turn right into Lübeck Straße. Take the next right into Gereonswall and then the next street on the left is Stavenhof.
By bus and train
You can reach the City Pension Storch with the following KVB lines : U-Bahn 12 and 15 stop Hansaring or Ebertplatz. From both stations it is a 2-minute walk.
From Cologne main station
Exit Dom-Bahnhofsvorplatz to the right into Domprobst-Ketzer-Str. Pass the taxi rank and take the first right at the roundabout. At the Rewe supermarket turn left into Im Stavenhof. Walking distance about 7-10 minutes.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations free of charge for the customer are possible up to 30 days before the start of the booked hotel stay during the trade fair/season (at other times up to 2 days before the start of the booked hotel stay).
In case of no-show or late cancellation during trade fairs / seasonal periods, a fee of at least 90% of the total amount will be charged. At other times, a fee of 80% of the total amount will be charged.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. The fees are quite low and you are covered against a variety of different cancellation reasons.
Checkin & Checkout
Earliest check in 11.00am / check out 11.00am or by prior arrangement. On request and depending on availability, the check in/check out times can be adjusted.
